Kickboxing?

So, I've never done kickboxing, and was thinking I might want to try it. Does anyone know where I can find kickboxing locally to try it out? I'm not looking to necessarily join a gym though. Figured I'd just ask...

My co-worker takes a class at Maxim gym in Troy. Could get details if interested...I've never gone with her, but she enjoys it...Dont need to join the gym.
