    1rst Week: Activity/Workout

    Activity: Snow shoveling

    Time - 70 minutes
    Intensity - Moderate consistent flow
    Resistance - Wet snow
    Estimate Calories = 468 calories burned according to several sites.


    AM I impressed NO! BUT I am grateful..What I need this week is activity that is not the normal routine of the gym so that I can get back to what was my normal routine 2 months ago.

    With this program I do have some goals in mind for which I will post for1rst homework.

    LOL! Snow is kicking my butt I'd much rather be inside at the gym. though Yesterday wasn't cold so I couldn't complain even though I wanted to!

    That was the heaviest I've seen it in a while. How big is your driveway? eesh!
